Who it's for

Built for the businesses people search for on their phone.

If customers find you by searching your town and what you do, your website has one job: make it easy to choose you and get in touch. Here is what that means for each kind of business, and the few things we do not build.

Trades & home services

Someone searching for a plumber or an electrician usually has a problem right now. Your site puts the phone number, the towns you cover and the services you offer in the first screen, with a tap-to-call button that stays within reach as they scroll. Below that: what you fix, your license and insurance if you want them shown, photos of finished work, your Google rating and a form for the people who would rather write than call. On Growth, a page for each main service and each town you serve, so you are found for water heater repair in the next town over and not only your own.

Restaurants & cafés

Most people look you up from a car or a couch with four questions: are you open, what is on the menu, how do I get there, can I order ahead. Your site answers them in that order, with an open-now badge, today's hours, a menu that reads on a phone without pinching, directions that open the map app and one tap to the ordering or reservation tool you already use. Photos of the food and the room do the rest. Seasonal hours and specials are kept current on Growth and Authority, and Authority adds a Spanish version for the customers who prefer it.

Lodges, inns & rentals

Guests planning a trip want to see the rooms, the view and the rates, and to know whether you have space on their dates. Your site shows the place in good photos, lists the rooms or units with what is included, answers the questions you are asked every week (check-in, pets, parking, breakfast) and sends people to your booking tool in one tap, whether that is your own system, Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com. Directions, things to do nearby and your cancellation policy round it out.

Dentists & clinics

New patients want to know what you treat, whether you take their insurance, how to book a first visit and whether the office feels like somewhere they would be comfortable. Your site covers your services, insurance and payment notes, new-patient information with links to the forms you already use, the team with photos, hours and a phone number that works from any screen. We keep the medical claims to exactly what you tell us and nothing more.

Salons & studios

People choose a salon, a barber, a tattoo studio or a fitness studio on the strength of the work and the feel of the place. Your site leads with photos of your work, lists services and prices plainly, introduces the team, shows hours and location and links to your booking tool if you use one, whether that is Square, Vagaro, Booksy or something else. Your Google reviews appear on the page, and a gift card or product link can sit beside them.

Auto & repair shops

A driver with a warning light wants to know what you fix, whether you can look at it today, where you are and roughly what it might cost. Your site lists services by type, shows your hours with an open-now badge, puts the phone number one tap away and includes directions and the makes you specialize in. If you quote by phone, we say so and make calling easy; if you take appointments online, we link to the tool you use.

Professional services

Accountants, attorneys, insurance and real estate agents, consultants, tutors. The decision is about trust, so the site has to make a credible first impression and make contact easy. Your site explains who you help and with what, in plain words rather than jargon, introduces you with a photo and a short biography, shows your credentials and reviews, and offers one clear next step: a call, a form or a booking link for a first conversation.

Shops & everything local

Florists, bakeries, pet groomers, dry cleaners, nurseries, hardware stores: any business whose customers are nearby and look it up before visiting. Your site shows what you sell and where you are, with hours, an open-now badge, photos of the shop and directions. If you already sell online, through Shopify, Square or anywhere else, we link straight to it rather than building a second store. The site is the front door; the store stays where it is.

Who it is not for

A few things we do not build, on purpose.

We make brochure sites for local businesses and keep them current. Doing one thing well means saying no to the rest, quickly, so you do not waste a week finding out.

Online stores

A shop on Shopify, Square Online or WooCommerce runs your business, and rebuilding it means supporting it for life. We leave it where it is and build the front door: your site links straight to it.

Booking engines and portals

If customers book, order or sign in through a tool you already have, we link to it with one tap. We do not build booking systems, customer logins or members' areas.

Very large sites

A brochure site tops out at 12 pages on Authority. If you genuinely need more, we quote it by hand rather than squeeze it into a plan.

Custom software

Quoting tools, integrations and web apps are not what we do. We will say so quickly and, if we can, point you to someone who does.

Already using a booking or ordering partner? Good.

Toast, Square, OpenTable, Booksy, Booking.com, Shopify, whichever you use: it runs that part of your business well, so we leave it in place and link to it with one tap from your site. Customers get the site that explains who you are and the tool that takes the order, and you keep one system instead of two.

Free preview

See your new site before you spend anything.

Send us your business name and we build a working preview, free. Keep it from $49 a month with hosting, your domain and edits included, or walk away. There is nothing to pay to look.

A person reads every message. The preview usually arrives within a few days.
