Yes. We build a working preview of your site from what is already public about your business, at a private address, and send you the link. Looking costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You pay only if you decide to keep it, and the first charge is taken when you ask us to put the site live.

The preview is usually ready within a few days of your request. Once you have sent your answers, logo and photos, the finished site typically goes live within a week, on your own domain. Connecting a domain you already own can add a day for the records to update.

Your business name and an email address. That is enough for the preview. To finish the site we ask for your hours, services, the area you serve, your logo and a few photos, and your answers to a short set of questions we send by email.

Not to see the preview; we build it from what is already public about your business. To finish the site, a short set of questions and a few photos make it yours. If you have no photos, we use clean stock imagery until you do, and we write the text from your answers for you to approve.

Yes. If it is dated, we rebuild it. If it works but is hard to find on Google, we fix the SEO. If it is fine, we can simply take over the hosting and updates so you never have to think about it. Your current domain comes with you either way.

Yes. We point your existing domain at the new site and set up the security certificate; it stays registered in your name. If you do not have one, we register one in your name as part of the plan and pay its renewal while you are with us.

We link to the booking, ordering or payment tools you already use, such as Square, Toast, OpenTable, Booksy or Shopify, so customers reach them in one tap. We do not build online stores, booking systems or customer logins ourselves. If you need one, we help you choose a tool and connect it.

Yes, the local kind that matters for a small business. Every site ships with the on-page work done: titles and descriptions written for what people search, your services, address, phone and hours marked up so Google understands them, fast pages, HTTPS and a sitemap. We set up your Google Business Profile with you. On Growth and Authority you also get a monthly report of what people searched to find you, from Google's own data. We do not sell link-building or paid ads, and we do not promise rankings; nobody honest can.

Yes. We use AI tools to draft the first version of a site, to prepare routine updates and to check pages on every screen size, which is how we keep the price low. A person reviews every site before you see it and every change before it goes live, and a person answers your email.

On Google's hosting network (Firebase), which serves your pages from locations near your visitors, with HTTPS and a backup of every published version. We monitor it; you never have to.

On the Authority plan, yes. We keep a Spanish version of the whole site in step with the English one, so when your hours change or a page is added, both versions change together.

On Growth and Authority, yes: one professional mailbox at your domain (you@yourbusiness.com) through Google Workspace, set up and managed by us while you are on the plan. Further mailboxes are quoted at cost. The mailbox and its contents are yours; if you leave, we help you move it.

Starter is $49 a month, Growth $99 and Authority $199. Every plan includes the design, hosting, your domain, HTTPS and edits by email. There is no setup fee and no contract. An extra location page is $15 a month on any plan, and paying for the year costs ten months for twelve.

Yes. A one-time build is $999: we build the site, you keep it and the files, and 30 days of fixes are included. After that you can host it with us for $19 a month or take the files to any host. Edits after the first 30 days are billed per change or by moving to a monthly plan.

No to both. You pay month to month and can cancel by email at any time; the plan ends at the end of the paid month and nothing further is charged. Paying for a year is optional and can also be cancelled: we refund what you paid minus the months you used at the monthly price.

By card, through Stripe, monthly in advance. The first month is charged when you start your plan through the payment link in your welcome email, after you have seen your preview; the site goes live once your answers are in. You get a receipt by email each month. Your card details are held by Stripe, never by us.

Your price stays where it is unless we give you 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before a change takes effect. Nothing changes mid-month or without telling you.

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and your words, logo and photos are yours from day one. The finished site and its files become yours once your payments add up to $999: the 21st month on Starter, the 11th on Growth, the 6th on Authority. Want it sooner? You pay the difference between what you have paid and $999.

A change to wording, hours, prices, services, photos, colours or contact details, sent in one email. "Update our Saturday hours and swap the two kitchen photos" is one edit. Starter includes two a month; Growth and Authority are unlimited. A page beyond your plan's allowance, a new section or a redesign is quoted separately unless your plan includes it: Authority includes a new page or article every month.

It is held and made on the first day of the next month, and we tell you so when it arrives. If you would rather not wait, moving to Growth makes edits unlimited and the change goes in straight away.

Email us. The new plan starts straight away and the first charge is prorated, so you pay only for the part of the month on the higher plan. The extra pages, the search report or the Spanish version follow as soon as they are ready.

Yes, by email. Plan changes are prorated from the day they happen: moving down credits the days left in the month at the difference, moving up charges them. If your site has more pages than the new plan includes, we agree with you which pages stay and fold the rest into them first, so nothing disappears without your say.

You pay ten months' price for twelve, up front, on any plan. If you cancel part-way through, we refund what you paid minus the months you used at the monthly price, so the two free months apply only to a full year, and nothing further is charged.

Tell us by email; there is no contract and no notice period, and the plan ends at the end of the paid month. Your domain, words, logo and photos are always yours. Once what you have paid adds up to $999, we hand over the finished site and its files too, free. If you leave earlier and want the site itself, you pay the difference between what you have paid so far and $999, so the site never costs more than $999. Either way, nothing goes offline until you say so.

Email us what you want changed, in plain words, from the address we have on file for you, and attach any new photos. There is nothing to log in to and nothing to learn. Routine changes are made, checked and published; anything that changes a price, a legal statement or the structure of the site is confirmed with you first.

Only you, and the people you have named. We act on requests only from the email addresses on file for your business, so nobody can alter your site by writing to us from an address we do not know. To add a manager or a colleague, email us from your own address and we add theirs.

Within two business days on Starter, by the next business day on Growth and the same business day on Authority. These are targets rather than guarantees; if a change will take longer, we say so when it arrives.

On every plan, a reply to each edit when it is done. On Growth and Authority, a report at the start of the month of what people searched to find you, from Google Search Console. On Authority, a new page or article on a topic you choose, a Google Business Profile post to go with it and replies to your new Google reviews, all drafted and sent to you to paste; we never post to your profile ourselves.
